2. Event Information
The applicable event information, including the event name, venue, event dates, organiser, operating hours, admission periods, programme schedule, parking arrangements and other event-related details, will be published on the official Jiwa 2 Roda website, ticketing platform or other authorised communication channels at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest event information before attending the event.
Skygen Network Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to update, amend, postpone, relocate, reschedule or make reasonable changes to the event information where necessary due to operational, safety, security, regulatory, legal or other unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated through the official Jiwa 2 Roda website, ticketing platform or other authorised communication channels.
The applicable event information published at the time of purchase shall apply to the relevant event without requiring amendments to this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required under applicable Malaysian law.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the J2R website, creating an account, registering, completing a purchase, using an admission pass or entering the event, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
- You agree to the Return / Refund Policy;
- You agree to the Shipping / Fulfilment Policy;
- You acknowledge the Privacy Policy;
- All information provided by you is complete and accurate; and
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into the transaction.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not complete a purchase or use the relevant J2R product or service.
4. Eligibility and Legal Capacity
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity to create an account or complete a purchase. If you purchase, register or provide information on behalf of another person, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to act on that person's behalf;
- The information provided is accurate;
- The person has been informed of these Terms and the Privacy Policy; and
- You accept responsibility for the order and information submitted.
Skygen may request proof of identity, age or authority where reasonably required.
5. Customer Accounts
Certain features may require a Customer account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Protecting your account from unauthorised access;
- Keeping your contact details current;
- All activity conducted through your account; and
- Notifying Skygen promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
You must not:
- Create a false or misleading account;
- Impersonate another person;
- Create accounts for fraudulent or unauthorised resale purposes;
- Interfere with another Customer's account; or
- Attempt to bypass security or purchase restrictions.
Skygen may suspend or terminate an account where fraud, misuse, unauthorised access or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
6. Website Use
You may use the J2R website only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
- Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code;
- Conduct automated scraping, crawling or data extraction without permission;
- Interfere with website operation, payment processing or security;
- Misuse promotional codes or purchasing limits;
- Copy or reproduce website content without authorisation;
- Submit false, defamatory, offensive or unlawful content; or
- Use the website in a manner that infringes another person's rights.
Skygen may restrict or block access where necessary to protect the website, Customers, payment systems or event operations.
7. Website Availability and Accuracy
Skygen will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of the J2R website. However, the website may occasionally be unavailable or affected by:
- Maintenance;
- Technical failures;
- Internet disruption;
- Payment-provider interruption;
- Cybersecurity incidents;
- High traffic volume; or
- Circumstances beyond Skygen's reasonable control.
Product images, colours and visual presentations are provided for reference. Actual colours, measurements, printing, placement, texture or finishing may vary reasonably due to photography, screen settings or manufacturing processes.
Skygen may correct genuine typographical, pricing, product-description or technical errors, subject to applicable law.
8. Products, Services and Pricing
Available admission passes, packages, merchandise, add-ons and prices will be displayed on the official J2R website.
Prices will be stated in Malaysian Ringgit unless expressly stated otherwise.
The website will indicate whether applicable taxes, delivery charges, payment charges or other mandatory fees are included or separately payable.
Before completing payment, Customers must review:
- Product or service description;
- Admission category;
- Package inclusions;
- Merchandise size, colour and quantity;
- Total price;
- Applicable fees and taxes;
- Payment method;
- Fulfilment method;
- Event information; and
- Applicable purchase conditions.
Skygen may change prices prospectively. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order already accepted and paid, except where correction is necessary due to an obvious and genuine error and is handled in accordance with applicable law.
9. Order Process
Placing items in a shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee availability.
An order is submitted when the Customer completes checkout and payment.
An order is accepted only after:
- Payment has been successfully authorised;
- The payment gateway confirms the transaction;
- Required fraud or identity checks are completed; and
- Skygen issues an order confirmation.
Skygen may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where:
- Payment fails, is reversed or remains incomplete;
- The product is unavailable;
- An obvious pricing or system error has occurred;
- Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;
- Purchase limits have been exceeded;
- Incorrect or incomplete information was submitted;
- Fulfilment is prohibited by law; or
- The order breaches these Terms.
Where Skygen cancels a successfully paid order before fulfilment, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using a method offered during checkout.
Payments may be processed by NTT DATA Payment Services, participating banks, card issuers, e-wallet providers, buy-now-pay-later providers or other authorised financial service providers.
Customers are responsible for:
- Using an authorised payment method;
- Providing accurate billing information;
- Ensuring sufficient funds or credit;
- Completing authentication requirements; and
- Complying with the payment provider's terms.
A payment shown as pending does not confirm the order.
Instalment, deferred-payment or buy-now-pay-later arrangements are separate agreements between the Customer and the relevant provider. The Customer remains responsible for all instalments, charges and obligations under that agreement.
Skygen does not guarantee approval of any payment method.
11. Receipts and Order Records
An electronic order confirmation, receipt or transaction record will ordinarily be issued to the registered email address or Customer account.
Customers must retain their:
- Order confirmation;
- Payment receipt;
- Transaction reference;
- E-ticket;
- QR code; and
- Relevant correspondence.
Customers may request a receipt or invoice containing the legally required transaction information.
12. Admission Passes, E-Tickets and QR Codes
Admission passes will ordinarily be issued electronically.
Each admission pass or QR code:
- Is valid only for the stated event, date, category and entitlement;
- May be used only in accordance with these Terms;
- May be scanned or redeemed once unless otherwise stated;
- Must not be duplicated, altered or counterfeited;
- Must be protected from unauthorised access; and
- May become invalid after successful scanning or redemption.
The first successful scan or redemption recorded by the J2R system may be treated as valid use.
Skygen may require the holder to present identification or other verification before granting admission.
Possession of an order confirmation alone does not guarantee admission if the admission pass is invalid, cancelled, duplicated, already used or obtained unlawfully.
13. Non-Transferability and Resale
Unless Skygen expressly provides otherwise in writing, all admission passes, e-tickets, QR codes, packages and associated benefits are non-transferable.
Customers must not:
- Transfer an admission pass to another person;
- Change the registered-attendee name;
- Resell an admission pass;
- Sell an admission pass above its original price;
- Use an admission pass for unauthorised commercial purposes;
- Duplicate or distribute a QR code; or
- Advertise an admission pass through an unauthorised resale channel.
Skygen may cancel an admission pass reasonably suspected of unauthorised transfer, resale, duplication, fraud or misuse without refund, subject to applicable law.
Skygen is not responsible for admission passes purchased through unauthorised sellers or private individuals.
14. Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation
All purchases are final.
Except where otherwise required under applicable Malaysian law, every purchase is:
- Non-returnable;
- Non-refundable;
- Non-exchangeable;
- Non-transferable;
- Non-cancellable;
- Non-modifiable; and
- Not redeemable for cash.
The complete conditions governing returns, refunds, exchanges, defective merchandise, event postponement and event cancellation are contained in the J2R Return / Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Shipping and Fulfilment
Digital admission passes and physical merchandise may be fulfilled separately.
Merchandise may be fulfilled through:
- Courier delivery;
- Event-site collection;
- Designated collection-point collection;
- Approved office collection; or
- Another method stated during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery, contact and collection information.
The complete shipping, delivery, collection and fulfilment conditions are contained in the J2R Shipping / Fulfilment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Merchandise and Package Benefits
Customers must select the correct product, size, colour, design and quantity before payment. Package merchandise, gifts, privileges and benefits:
- Are subject to the stated package description;
- May be fulfilled separately from the admission pass;
- Must be collected or redeemed within the stated period;
- Cannot be converted into cash;
- Cannot ordinarily be substituted;
- Cannot ordinarily be transferred; and
- Have no separate refundable value unless expressly itemised or required by law.
Reasonable manufacturing variations do not automatically constitute a defect.
Any claim concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied merchandise will be handled under the Return / Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
17. Event Admission
Admission is subject to:
- Presentation of a valid admission pass or QR code;
- Successful scanning and verification;
- Compliance with these Terms;
- Compliance with venue and safety rules;
- Security screening;
- Age or identity verification where required;
- Capacity and access restrictions; and
- Directions issued by authorised event personnel.
Skygen may refuse admission or remove a person where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal or operational reasons.
Refusal or removal arising from the attendee's breach of these Terms does not entitle the attendee to a refund.
18. Minors
Attendees under eighteen (18) years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult unless a specific J2R activity expressly provides otherwise.
The accompanying adult is responsible for:
- The minor's safety and behaviour;
- Ensuring compliance with event rules;
- Providing required consent;
- Ensuring the minor does not enter restricted areas; and
- Determining whether the event environment is suitable for the minor.
Certain activities may have separate minimum-age, height, health or licensing requirements.
19. Security Screening
For safety and security, attendees may be required to:
- Pass through security screening;
- Permit reasonable bag inspection;
- Present identification;
- Produce a valid admission pass;
- Comply with metal-detection or safety procedures; and
- Surrender or remove prohibited items.
Any search will be conducted reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
Refusal to comply with lawful and reasonable security procedures may result in refusal of admission or removal from the event without refund.
20. Prohibited Items
Unless expressly authorised, prohibited items may include:
- Firearms and weapons;
- Explosives and fireworks;
- Illegal drugs or substances;
- Hazardous chemicals;
- Glass containers;
- Laser devices;
- Drones or unauthorised aerial equipment;
- Unauthorised professional recording equipment;
- Items intended for unauthorised sale;
- Counterfeit merchandise;
- Large banners or structures that create a safety risk;
- Animals other than legally recognised assistance animals;
- Outside alcohol;
- Any item prohibited by law or venue rules; and
- Any item reasonably considered dangerous or disruptive.
Skygen may update the prohibited-items list and publish it before the event.
21. Prohibited Conduct
Attendees must not:
- Engage in violence, threats, harassment or intimidation;
- Discriminate against or abuse another person;
- Damage property;
- Enter restricted or staff-only areas;
- Obstruct emergency access or event operations;
- Engage in theft, fraud or illegal activity;
- Sell products or services without authorisation;
- Distribute unauthorised promotional material;
- Create an unreasonable safety risk;
- Operate a vehicle recklessly;
- Disobey lawful directions from event personnel;
- Tamper with safety, security or access-control systems; or
- Act in a manner that materially disrupts the event.
Serious misconduct may be reported to venue security or law-enforcement authorities.
22. Motorcycle and Vehicle Requirements
Any attendee bringing or operating a motorcycle or other vehicle must:
- Hold the licence legally required for that vehicle;
- Ensure that the vehicle is properly registered where required;
- Maintain valid road tax and insurance where legally required;
- Ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy and safe;
- Comply with JPJ, PDRM and other applicable requirements;
- Observe venue speed limits and traffic directions;
- Wear legally required protective equipment;
- Park only in authorised areas; and
- Follow instructions from marshals, security and event personnel.
The following are prohibited except as part of an expressly authorised and controlled activity:
- Racing;
- Speeding;
- Burnouts;
- Wheelies;
- Stunts;
- Drifting;
- Dangerous overtaking;
- Reckless riding;
- Excessive or deliberately disruptive engine revving; and
- Operation of an unsafe or unroadworthy vehicle.
Skygen may refuse vehicle access or remove a vehicle that presents a safety, legal or operational risk.
23. Track and Controlled Activities
General admission does not grant access to the Sepang International Circuit racetrack, pit lane, paddock or other controlled area unless expressly included in the purchased package or separately authorised.
Participation in any track, riding, demonstration, convoy, stunt, test-ride or controlled vehicle activity may require:
- Separate registration;
- Additional payment;
- A valid driving licence;
- Appropriate insurance;
- Protective equipment;
- Safety briefing;
- Technical inspection;
- Health or competency declaration;
- Compliance with activity-specific rules; and
- A separate acknowledgement or waiver permitted by law.
Skygen may refuse participation where safety or eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
24. Parking
Parking is subject to availability, the purchased category and venue arrangements.
A parking pass:
- Does not guarantee a particular parking bay unless expressly stated;
- Must be displayed or activated as instructed;
- Is valid only for the stated vehicle or category where applicable;
- Must not be duplicated or transferred; and
- May be cancelled for misuse.
Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk, subject to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers must secure their vehicles and personal belongings. Skygen is not responsible for loss, theft or damage caused by third parties, weather, another vehicle or failure to secure the vehicle, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Parking does not create a bailment or transfer custody of the vehicle to Skygen.
25. Health, Safety and Assumption of Ordinary Risk
J2R is a large public event involving crowds, motorcycles, vehicles, machinery, sound systems, outdoor conditions and other ordinary event-related risks.
Attendees are responsible for:
- Acting carefully and responsibly;
- Following safety instructions;
- Remaining within authorised areas;
- Wearing suitable clothing and footwear;
- Using hearing protection where appropriate;
- Remaining hydrated;
- Supervising minors;
- Assessing their own health and ability to participate; and
- Avoiding any activity for which they are unqualified or medically unfit.
By attending, attendees acknowledge and accept the ordinary and obvious risks reasonably associated with a large public motorcycle festival.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for negligence or another matter where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. Medical Assistance and Emergencies
Attendees requiring emergency assistance should immediately notify event personnel, security or the designated medical team.
Skygen may:
- Contact emergency services;
- Provide available first-response assistance;
- Share necessary information with medical or emergency personnel;
- Restrict participation where a serious safety risk exists; and
- Take reasonable emergency action where an attendee cannot provide consent.
Attendees remain responsible for their personal medical needs, medication and health precautions.
27. Accessibility
Customers requiring accessibility assistance should contact J2R Customer Support before the event where reasonably possible.
Skygen will use reasonable efforts to provide available assistance, subject to:
- Venue facilities;
- Safety requirements;
- Operational feasibility;
- Advance notice; and
- Applicable law.
Customers should not disclose more medical information than reasonably necessary to arrange the requested assistance.
28. Event Programme Changes
Skygen may make reasonable changes to:
- Programmes and activities;
- Performers, speakers and entertainment;
- Exhibitors, sponsors and vendors;
- Schedules and operating hours;
- Layouts and activity locations;
- Entry and exit arrangements;
- Parking and traffic arrangements;
- Merchandise or promotional items; and
- Other operational details.
Reasonable changes that do not fundamentally alter the principal event service do not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund, exchange, transfer or compensation.
Any material change will be managed in accordance with the Return / Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
29. Postponement, Relocation or Cancellation
Skygen may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend or cancel all or part of J2R where reasonably necessary.
Where the event is postponed or rescheduled, valid admission passes will ordinarily remain valid for the replacement date.
Any available refund, credit, replacement date or alternative arrangement will be governed by the Return / Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
Skygen is not responsible for separate expenses incurred by Customers, including transportation, accommodation, flights, parking, meals, third-party bookings or loss of income, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
30. Circumstances Beyond Skygen's Reasonable Control
J2R may be affected by circumstances beyond Skygen's reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Fire, flood or hazardous conditions;
- Epidemics, pandemics or public health emergencies;
- Government or regulatory directions;
- Police or public-safety requirements;
- Civil disturbance, terrorism or security threats;
- Venue closure or unavailability;
- Infrastructure or utility failure;
- Transportation disruption;
- Labour disputes;
- Supplier failure; or
- Another force majeure event.
Skygen will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes and determine an appropriate arrangement according to the circumstances and applicable Malaysian law.
31. Third-Party Vendors, Exhibitors and Service Providers
J2R may include independent vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, food operators, activity providers and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- These parties operate independently;
- Their products and services are supplied under their own terms;
- They are responsible for their own representations, products and services;
- Payments made directly to them are not payments to Skygen; and
- Complaints concerning their independent products or services should be directed to them.
Nothing in this clause excludes any responsibility Skygen has under applicable law.
32. Promotions, Contests and Lucky Draws
Promotions, competitions, contests, giveaways and lucky draws may be governed by separate terms and conditions.
Eligibility may depend on:
- Admission category;
- Completed payment;
- Attendance;
- QR-code activation;
- Registration;
- Malaysian legal requirements; and
- Compliance with promotional conditions.
Prizes:
- Are subject to availability and verification;
- Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated;
- May be subject to tax, registration, insurance or collection costs;
- May be substituted with an item of reasonably comparable value where permitted; and
- May be forfeited if not claimed within the stated period.
Where separate promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
33. Photography, Videography and CCTV
Photography, videography, live streaming and CCTV may operate at J2R.
Attendees may appear incidentally in:
- Crowd photographs;
- Event videos;
- Live broadcasts;
- News coverage;
- Social-media content;
- Corporate reporting; and
- Promotional materials.
Focused interviews, testimonials or staged commercial content may require separate consent where appropriate.
CCTV may be used for safety, security, access control, incident investigation and crime prevention.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the J2R Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
34. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to J2R and the website, including:
- Names;
- Logos;
- Trademarks;
- Designs;
- Text;
- Images;
- Videos;
- Graphics;
- Software;
- Website layouts;
- Promotional materials; and
- Merchandise designs,
belongs to Skygen or the relevant licensed owner.
Customers may use website content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, displayed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Purchase of an admission pass or merchandise does not transfer any intellectual-property right.
35. Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, competition entry or other content to an official J2R channel, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to submit it;
- The content does not infringe another person's rights;
- The content is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading or offensive; and
- The content does not contain malicious code.
Where you expressly submit content for publication or promotion, you grant Skygen a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and communicate that content for the stated purpose, subject to applicable law and any specific campaign terms.
36. Privacy and Personal Data
Skygen processes personal data in accordance with the J2R Privacy Policy.
By using the website or purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for:
- Account administration;
- Registration;
- Payment;
- E-ticket and QR-code issuance;
- Admission and verification;
- Shipping and fulfilment;
- Safety and security;
- Customer support;
- Fraud prevention;
- Legal compliance; and
- Other purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
Marketing consent will be managed separately where required.
37. External Links
The J2R website may contain links to payment providers, sponsors, partners, social-media platforms, courier services or other third-party websites.
Skygen does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, security, products, services or privacy practices.
Access to a third-party website is at the Customer's discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
38. Disclaimers
Skygen will use reasonable care and skill in operating the website, processing orders and organising J2R. To the extent permitted by law:
- The website is provided on an "as available" basis;
- Skygen does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access;
- Programme details may change reasonably;
- Third-party services remain subject to third-party performance;
- Event conditions may be affected by weather, crowds and operational requirements; and
- Customers remain responsible for their personal decisions, belongings, vehicles and conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
39. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skygen will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss;
- Loss of profit, income, opportunity or anticipated savings;
- Travel, accommodation or third-party booking expenses;
- Loss caused by unauthorised use of an e-ticket or QR code resulting from Customer disclosure;
- Loss of unsecured personal belongings;
- Vehicle loss or damage caused by third parties;
- Independent vendor acts or omissions;
- Internet, courier, bank or payment-provider failures outside Skygen's reasonable control; or
- Failure caused by circumstances beyond Skygen's reasonable control.
Where Skygen is legally liable and liability may lawfully be limited, Skygen's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Wilful misconduct;
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- Breach of a non-excludable statutory guarantee; or
- Any other liability that Malaysian law does not permit Skygen to exclude or limit.
40. Customer Responsibility and Indemnity
You are responsible for losses or damage directly caused by your:
- Fraud;
- Unlawful conduct;
- Intentional misconduct;
- Material breach of these Terms;
- Infringement of intellectual-property rights; or
- Damage to property.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Skygen against reasonable losses, claims and expenses arising directly from such conduct.
This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify Skygen for Skygen's own negligence, breach of contract or unlawful conduct.
41. Fraud, Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact J2R Customer Support before initiating a chargeback so that the matter may be investigated.
Skygen may provide relevant evidence to the bank or payment provider, including:
- Order records;
- Payment confirmations;
- Customer acknowledgements;
- E-ticket issuance records;
- QR-code usage records;
- Delivery or collection records; and
- Correspondence.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of the relevant order, admission pass or Customer account.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Customer from lawfully disputing an unauthorised or genuinely disputed transaction.
42. Suspension and Termination
Skygen may suspend or terminate an account, order, admission pass or access to the event where:
- Fraud is reasonably suspected;
- Payment is reversed or unauthorised;
- These Terms are materially breached;
- A security risk exists;
- False information was provided;
- An admission pass was duplicated or resold;
- The Customer engages in unlawful or dangerous conduct; or

Customers should contact J2R Customer Support regarding:
- Orders and payments;
- E-tickets and QR codes;
- Shipping and fulfilment;
- Merchandise claims;
- Event access;
- Privacy matters; or
- Complaints.
Customers should provide their full name, contact details, order number, proof of payment and relevant supporting information.
Skygen will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within an appropriate period.
Nothing in these Terms prevents an eligible consumer from seeking redress through the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia or another competent authority.
44. Electronic Communications
By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to receive essential electronic communications relating to:
- Order confirmation;
- Payment status;
- E-ticket and QR-code issuance;
- Shipping and collection;
- Event arrangements;
- Programme or safety changes;
- Postponement or cancellation; and
- Customer support.
Essential service communications are not marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary to fulfil an order or comply with legal obligations.
45. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to:
- The Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia, where eligible;
- Another competent tribunal or authority; or
- The courts of Malaysia.
Nothing in this clause removes any right or forum that cannot lawfully be excluded.
46. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
47. No Waiver
Failure or delay by Skygen in exercising a right does not waive that right.
A waiver is effective only if confirmed in writing by an authorised Skygen representative.
48. Assignment
Customers may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Skygen's prior written approval.
Skygen may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful corporate restructuring, sale, merger or transfer of the J2R business, subject to applicable law.
49. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the following documents, form the agreement between the Customer and Skygen:
- Return / Refund Policy;
- Shipping / Fulfilment Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Product or package description;
- Order confirmation;
- Event rules; and
- Any specific promotion or activity conditions.
If there is a conflict, the more specific term will ordinarily apply to the relevant product, activity or promotion, subject to applicable law.
50. Amendments
Skygen may amend these Terms to reflect changes in:
- Applicable law;
- Payment-gateway requirements;
- Event arrangements;
- Products and services;
- Website functionality;
- Safety requirements; or
- Operational practices.
The latest version will be published on the official J2R website with its effective or revision date.
The version applicable to a purchase will ordinarily be the version accepted when the order was completed, unless a later amendment is required by law or gives the Customer more favourable rights.
51. Language
These Terms may be made available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the language versions, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable Malaysian law.
